Data Bank Collection
LDISPL has a collective data bank that we used during recruitment process. We generally updated our data systems accordingly to the applicant’s skills and their personal interest.

Walk-In Applicants
Applicant/s can visit LDISPL premises for the inquiry of any demands in which we collect their contact details in terms of future requirements.

Advertisements
During the demand approval from Labor Department, advertisement is mandatory which help to get the candidate/s application.

Company Referrals
Company can share their ex-worker/s or current worker/s applicant/s during the recruitment process.

Advertisements through Facebook/FM/Radio/TV/Banners are sources to get the applicant/s
