Pre-Departure Training

We provide Pre departure training which is a crucial service provided to individuals before they travel to work in another country. It prepares them for the cultural, social, and practical aspects of living and working in a foreign country. The training may cover topics such as language and communication skills, understanding the local customs and traditions, workplace etiquette, safety and security guidelines, financial management, and health awareness. The objective is to equip workers with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new environment and work successfully in their overseas job.

PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION

1. Orient workers about Malaysia, it’s rules and regulations and culture.

2. Give them details of the Company and their working environment.

3. Provide briefing about zero cost.

4. Information about flight and documents.

5. Upon completion of pre-departure orientation, candidates would be given their employment contract in dual languages (English & Nepali language) and briefed again the content before their sign it.

6. Candidates also will be interviewed separately together with a zero payment declaration form to ensure that they have not paid any form of recruitment fees or referral fees to anyone throughout the whole recruitment process.

7. After the candidate’s departure we keep in touch with the clients in Malaysia for safety of candidates’ arrival. They would be given LDISPL dedicated contact details to be saved in their mobile phones, for them to report or whistleblower any grievances in regards to their recruitment experience, travel to employer place or during the employment (e.g. inhumane treatment, extortion, abuse or harassment).
